80% of the results in 20% of the time.

That's what do8020 means. I use AI and automation to strip the slow, repetitive work out of a business so you and your team spend your hours on the 20% that actually makes money. I've built many products this way, it shows you what's now possible with AI. Now let's get AI working for you.

The Pareto Principle

Where the name comes from

Over a century ago, Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto noticed that about 80% of Italy's land was owned by about 20% of its people. The same lopsided pattern turned up almost everywhere people looked, and it became known as the 80/20 rule.

The idea is simple: not every hour of work is worth the same. A small share of your effort produces most of your results. The rest adds less and less the further you go.

It's an observation, not a law of nature. The split might be 90/10 or 70/30, and the two numbers don't have to add up to 100. What matters is spotting the few things that do most of the work, and putting your time there.

The green curve is how results usually build up. The dashed line is what we assume: that every hour counts the same.

Step one · 80/20 analysis

Measure it

Look at the numbers: which customers, products, calls and tasks actually bring in the money. The AI audit and cost calculator on this page are a quick version of this, and a full audit goes deeper with your own data.

Step two · 80/20 thinking

Act on it

Use what the numbers show to make sharper decisions: put more into what works, stop feeding what doesn't, and redesign how the day runs around the vital few.

Step three · the AI multiplier

Automate the rest

This is where do8020 is different. Instead of dropping the other 80% of tasks, AI and automation take them over, so the essential work still gets done without eating your time.

80/20 doesn't mean doing 80% of the job

A bridge that's 80% built doesn't carry traffic. Customers still need their calls answered, their quotes sent and their invoices right. The details matter, they just shouldn't cost you most of your time. That's the gap AI fills: you and your team focus on the 20% only people can do, and AI handles the long tail of follow-ups, bookings, admin and paperwork, properly and every time.

AI Automation Audit

Tell the AI what your business does and where your time goes. It finds the 20% of tasks worth automating first, estimates the hours you'd win back, and shows which tools would do the work. Free, instant, no sign-up.

Where AI earns its keep in your business

I don't sell AI for its own sake. Every engagement starts with one question: which tasks are costing you the most hours for the least revenue? Then we automate those first.

The engine behind the work

Why I build with Claude

I've worked with most of the major AI models. Claude, made by Anthropic, is the one I trust to lead. It thinks before it acts, and it's the model I use to direct all the others.

Prompt engineering

Claude writes precise, structured instructions. I use it to brief coding agents, voice agents and image models, so each one gets exactly what it needs on the first try instead of the fifth.

Talks to every other AI

It acts as the conductor: planning the job, splitting it into steps, handing each step to the right tool and checking what comes back. That's how one person runs a portfolio of eleven products.

Superior code

Claude drafts and tests code before it ever reaches a server. Fewer broken builds, fewer wasted credits, and production apps that work the day they launch.

Clear reasoning

It explains its choices in plain English, so business owners can understand what's being built and why, and make the call themselves.

The do8020 AI stack

Claude conducts. Specialist AIs do the work.

ConductorClaude

Plans the job, writes the prompts, reviews every output before it reaches you.

VoiceVoice AI agents

Answer and make calls in natural Australian English through Asisty.

BuildCoding agents

Turn Claude's tested specs into live apps, sites and integrations.

DataPrediction models

Statistical and machine-learning models, like the ones behind Edgeagle.

ConnectYour tools

Booking systems, email, CRMs and payments, wired in so data flows on its own.

Choosing the right model is the first 20%. Everything else gets faster from there.

Portfolio · built with AI

Eleven products, one method

Retail, voice AI, fintech, gaming, crypto, biofuels, security and fashion. Each one was designed, coded and launched with AI doing the heavy lifting. Proof that the 80/20 approach works across any industry.

Treat these as an indication of what's possible, not a menu. Your business is different, so your solution will be too. The same skills that built a marketplace, a trading platform, a voice receptionist and a 3D game can build the system your business needs: a booking portal, a quoting tool, a customer app, or automation that links the tools you already use.
